WHAT BUYERS ARE SAYING ABOUT MD REALTORS SERGIO & SOFIA GARCIA – BY TAHA MANSOUR

We first met Taha Mansour at an open house about 6 years ago. We set an appointment to go over the buying process and with the help of one of our prefers loan officer, Adriana Clapper, currently with Envoy Mortgage, ended up helping him buy a great house for his needs at the time.

Now, with a bigger family, wife and 3 kids, he needed more space. We met again and after reviewing the process, we started. He met again with Adriana Clapper and got pre-approved. We then started to look for the right house.

After a couple of attempts of securing a house but falling short to higher offers, we finally were able to get a contract on a great house.

It is a great two level, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms completely remodeled with newer roof and HVAC system and ready to move-in as soon as we completed the process.

Just to be on the safe side, we did a home inspection with Top To Bottom Services, one of our preferred Home inspection companies and decided to move forward.

Although the offer was for a little over asking price, the house appraised for more than the final sales price and we were also able to negotiate 8k in closing help from the sellers.

All of this happened with an exceptionally smooth settlement process facilitated by Angela DelRio and the Cardinal Title Group out of our new offices of Samson Properties overlooking the Washingtonian area of Gaithersburg.

Thank you again for allowing us to guide you thru this process and for sharing your experience working with us.
