These situations can easily delay—or even derail—a closing if not handled properly. We worked closely with the title company, attorney, and all parties involved to clarify the situation, guide Carmen through each step, and ensure everything was resolved correctly.
Through consistent communication, problem-solving, and a step-by-step approach, we were able to navigate these challenges successfully and keep the transaction moving forward.
In the end, the property closed successfully on April 15, 2026.
Today, the buyer is excited about the opportunity this condo represents, and Carmen is able to move forward into her next chapter with confidence and peace of mind.
