Even though it was an “as-is” sale, the Garcias Homes Team negotiated on behalf of Janiol and Noemy, ensuring the AC system was fixed before closing.
The smooth settlement was expertly handled by Cardinal Title Group, marking a successful end to the transaction and allowing Janiol and Noemy to step into their new home with joy and satisfaction.
