What an exciting journey it has been! We want to celebrate a great milestone in the life of our client, Agostina R., who has just acquired her very first home! We have recently closed a successful transaction for a beautiful and spacious condo located at 431 Christopher Ave #23, Gaithersburg, MD 20879.
Agostina initially reached out to us, seeking guidance in becoming a homeowner, after being referred by her wonderful parents, Sergio R. and Veronica E., who have been loyal clients of ours. This journey started with Agostina, living with her parents and hoping to carve out a space of her own.
In our initial consultation, we took the time to understand Agostina’s needs and aspirations, setting her on the right path towards securing pre-approval for her mortgage.
