After helping Renzo & Vanessa purchase multiple investment properties over the years, we were honored when they trusted us with an entirely different real estate goal: building the home where they would live and create new memories together.
We had the privilege of accompanying them throughout the new-construction process—from choosing the lot and selecting the model and options, through the different stages of construction, and finally to receiving the keys to their beautiful new home in Frederick on September 27, 2021.

Our relationship with Renzo & Vanessa began back in 2015, when we helped them purchase their first investment property through an online auction. Over the years, we have had the opportunity to help them with several different real estate goals—from purchasing and holding investment properties, to building their primary residence, and later purchasing land in Frederick through an auction.
