We met Sergio & Veronica originally at an Open House of a house we were selling back in 2016. Although they loved that house, they were not ready to buy it at the time.
After connecting them with our Preferred Lender, Adriana Clapper, they went thru the pre-approval process and put themselves in the best position to find and buy the perfect house for them.
After intense negotiations with the seller and listing agent, we were able to help them buy the house for more than $5,000 below its appraised value, with 3% closing help and several minor items from the home inspection being fixxed by the previous owners before closing. They became happy homeowners back in August 2016.
This video was shoot almost 4 years later in February 2020 when they invited us to an Argentinian BBQ at their house with their entire family. Due to the Covid19 pandemic starting right after the video was shoot, the edition of this video was delayed until now, December 2020.
We have kept in contact with Sergio & Veronica and they have referred several of their friends and family members.
