Nathan & Yessica first reached out to us back in April 2023, excited about the idea of buying their first home and ready to leave renting behind. At the time, they had a pre-approval letter from their bank for up to $500K, and they were hopeful they’d be able to jump right into the market.
We set up a free “Getting to Know You” consultation to review the process, discuss their goals, and go over the details of their pre-approval. During this meeting, we realized the initial pre-approval may not have fully taken into account some important financial factors. Less than 30 days later, on July 10th, we celebrated closing day together.
