Mohammad and his family were introduced to us by friends and previous clients of ours, Nur Patwary and Tajkera Rahman, who bought a house with us back in October 2015 and, who have also introduced to us, multiple of their friends and family members. We initially got together with Mohammad for a consultation and pre’qualification. We answered questions about the process and helped him assess his situation and the probabilities of buying a house. We immediately started looking for a home on one of the hottest sellers’ market in history. Home after home we visited and submitted a total of 19 offers. Without giving up and following our guidance the 20th offer helped him secured what is now his home.
From now on, Mohammad & his family will be enjoying a wonderful end-unit townhouse in a great location and ready to move-in. With 4 rooms and 3.5 bathrooms, the house has enough room for the entire family.
