Lasabalo was originally introduced to us by one of his co-workers at Walmart, Suly Montanez, back in 2017.
At that time, Lasabalo had less than two years in the US and was looking to rent a place without knowing he could qualify to buy a house. When we met at our office for the first time, we discussed his situation and quickly realized he was going to be able to buy a home.
We immediately put him in contact with a prefer lenders, Adriana Clapper to start the pre-approval process and she confirmed and pre-approved him. We then start looking for a place and found him a great Condominium unit in Germantown. We beat multiple offers and secured the property that would become his home at a great price and with closing costs help from the seller. He was so happy with the entire process that he shared his experience working with us.
Now, 4 years later, his real estate needs changed, and he call us to explore the possibilities of selling the house with the intentions of buying a bigger one. After meeting, we set a plan in motion that will ensure to sell his current house for the highest amount of money and in a way that will allow him to find his next home.
We set a getting-ready plan to make sure the house looked at its best. Once ready, we launch our 2-week pre-marketing campaign, exposing his home as a coming soon to create virtual waiting list for it. When the property became available, we exposed it to all the qualified buyers in the market and generate lots of interest. We got an offer on the first day of the house being available and 4 by the time we had set as deadline for offers.
We follow through with all the buyer traffic and were able to negotiate more $11,000 above the listing price, with no closing help to the buyers needed and, with home inspection for information purposes only. In addition, the buyer was willing to let Lasabalo stay at the unit for a 2-month period, so that he could look and find his new home.
