Sisters, Gabriela & Maribel, were living with their parents at their house. They both were working and wanted to buy a place that could give them a sense of independence, a place that they could call their own.

At the end, they were able to buy the perfect home for them for less than appraised value and still getting 3% closing help from the sellers at closing.
