Rodrigo was introduced to us by a co-worker oh his that goes by the name of Carlos. Although, we have not been able to know who Carlos is, what Carlos told Rodrigo was strong enough to make him contact us and work with us to buy his first property. Thank you, Carlos. When we first met Rodrigo, we had a conversation (Buyer consultation) about the real estate process and how the market, in his specific criteria of interest, was performing. With cash in hand, we explained that opportunities were going to present and that we needed to be ready for them.
We help him prepare his finances and the way to prove to potential sellers that he was going to be able to acquire their property and went on to look for them.
We were able to find a great 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condominium ready to move in a great location, the Christopher Court subdivision of Montgomery Village. Recently remodeled with stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer hookups, in front of the Gaithersburg library and with access to the community pool, tennis courts and clubhouse.
All this for 22k less than listing price, less than $100k sales price and, with a condo fee under $300 a month.
